Tour de Cure at Lake Nona – Training Ride Calendar

We are currently hosting rides from our Ormond Beach, Melbourne, Casselberry, and South OBT locations.

Our training rides are a fun way to prepare for a fun Tour de Cure experience – building your confidence when riding with a group, and boosting your fitness. Whether you plan to ride the 10 or 101 mile route, our training rides are designed with all riders in mind – from beginner to advanced.
