      Comments:

I use this light with a hemlet mount (the 360Vis+ from same company, Light n Motion) when mountain biking on the single track. The 650 lumens is bright, shines far enough out in front of me so I can respond to obstacles. I'd like the battery life to be longer; but get just over 2 hours on each charge. I carry a second light if I get caught with a dead battery. I think that's what you have to do with USB lights

charge doesn't last as long as promised

      Comments:

Mounts easily, stays put if you stretch the strap enough, bright enough on all settings BUT I charge it fully after each night ride and the charge doesn't last as promised. I vary from low setting on smooth remote roads, med with other cyclists around and bright only infrequently on fast descents alone. The red warning light comes on after only about 1:30 which causes angst in the dark. It only went out altogether once when I used it for about 1:30 on medium setting.

      Comments:

It is a cute little, but powerful light that is very attractive when you look at it in a store, but there are some design drawbacks and I would not buy a second one like these for my wife. Let me start with positive aspects: it is small, lightweight and beautifully made light. Yet it is powerful and provides a good illumination. The battery life is quite decent - on highest output it is about half empty after my 45min commute. So I expect that even when battery degrades with usage it will still be usable after a year. It does not have radiator so gets really hot on highest output, but on middle output level you can touch it and not get a burn. Now to the not so great: The mount is an elastic band that goes around handlebars, for charging I need to remove it. And since I want the light to sit snug it is somewhat an effort. I after weeks of using it I realize that I prefer 2 piece mounting systems where light can be removed with some sort of quick release. USB charging port is too close to the rubber bend and one needs to pull the bend to insert the cable. It gets annoying quickly. And finally a weird problem that I had once. I did not use light during summer months. So it just sat fully charge on my handlebars for nearly 3 months. Then I had to ride in the dark but the battery was nearly empty. I did not have a chance to conduct controlled experiment because I use the light frequently.
